Cook Islands

According to international health authorities, 13 cases of chikungunya fever, the first cases reported in Cook Islands, have occurred since January 25, 2015; the outbreak has yet to peak. Travelers are advised to practice daytime insect precautions.

 

Fiji

According to international health authorities, more than 70 confirmed cases of dengue fever, a significant increase over the average incidence, have been reported primarily from Northern Division since early February 2015; the outbreak has yet to peak. Travelers are advised to practice daytime insect precautions.

 

New Caledonia

According to international health authorities, an outbreak of chikungunya fever has been ongoing since the end of January 2015, and the outbreak has peaked. Travelers are advised to practice daytime insect precautions
